Update: The Beam platform is now Jumio Transaction Monitoring
***
It’s been two months since San Francisco issued the shelter-in-place order. Like everyone else, we at Beam are looking forward to the day when we can all go safely back to our normal routines.
But during this time, we have been busier than ever getting new customers launched, making improvements to the Beam platform, and developing exciting new features. Here are a few of the enhancements we’ve made so far this month:
- Single sign-on (SSO) is now supported through SAML-based systems such as Okta.
- You can now attach documents to cases in Beam Investigator.
- The Data Ingestion API now supports linking multiple parties or transactions so that they are treated as a single entity during monitoring and detection.
- Bulk actions, such as assigning multiple transactions to a case or multiple cases to an analyst, have been improved so that they perform much faster than before.
In addition, we are working on a quality control feature for cases that will allow managers to verify that their analysts are meeting their KPIs. It will also provide a history of case quality, which is useful during an audit. We will share more about this new feature in our next product update.
