Krypto Commerce Chooses Jumio for Crypto-currency PoolMiners Card
Palo Alto, CA, London, UK., 06, July 2016 – Jumio Corp., the leading digital ID verification company today announced that Krypto Commerce, a Spanish based crypto-currency specialist has chosen Jumio to provide know-your-customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) services for their new product, the PoolMiners Card.
The PoolMiners Card is a prepaid debit card that uses crypto-currencies in place of dollars, pounds and euros. Over 100,000 merchants globally accept crypto-currencies such as bitcoin and sarcoins. This new card is further proof of how crypto-currencies are moving into mainstream finance and commerce.
The PoolMiners Card is an online only product, with no physical branches, where IDs can be checked prior to opening an account. Jumio’s Netverify® will help to validate IDs, and fulfil required rigorous KYC and AML checks.
Customers can simply scan their passport with their mobile device to swiftly and accurately verify themselves and then start taking advantage of their new PoolMiners account and card.
