Mike O’Callaghan leads Jumio’s global operations teams to ensure the highest levels of verification accuracy, speed, and resiliency. Mike has over 20 years experience in leading global, diverse, and large-scale omni-channel operations. Prior to Jumio, he held senior roles at Expedia, Amazon, Skype, business process outsourcers, Sykes and Sitel (formerly ClientLogic), and Eurostar. Mike started his career in retail banking, including the launch of Smile, UK’s first internet Bank in 2000 (www.smile.co.uk). Based in London, Mr. O’Callaghan holds an Executive MBA equivalency from Henley Business School.
