Phone numbers for the Jumio Customer Service hotline are now listed in the merchant backend “Support” tab.
Additionally, since the latest release, authorization tokens are not valid for re-use. The error code 210 will be added in the Netverify Web redirect URL if the token got invalid during a scan or upload (= expired or used during another user journey).
Finally, we would like to alert you that the unsupported, static redirect URL for Netverify Web redirect will no longer function without an authorization token by the end of May 2015.
