Netverify Retrieval API now available

We are glad to announce the official release of the Netverify Retrieval API:

  • For Netverify Web, Mobile and Multi Document transactions
  • Contains calls for status, data and images
  • Should be used as a fallback, if your server was not able to process the callback which is still the authoritative answer from Jumio
  • Permanent, scheduled calls or bulk requests should be avoided, otherwise Jumio can occasionally restrict API access

Further release notes include:

  • Newly added IDs for Netverify and Fastfill:
    • Added Passport and Driver License for Bahrain, Brunei, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar
    • Added Passport, Driver License and National ID Card for Albania
    • Added Passport for Bolivia and Bosnia-Herzegovina
    • Added Electoral ID Card for Jamaica
  • Newly added IDs for Netverify:
    • Added Identity Card (Cedula de Identidad), Domestic ID Card and Consular Registration Card (CRC) for Bolivia
    • Added National ID Card and Electronic ID Card for Bosnia and Herzegovina
    • Added Domestic ID Card for South Africa
    • Added VISA for U.S., which will be treated as ID Card
  • Internet Explorer 7 is no longer supported for the Netverify merchant backend
